WMLAR celebrates 25 years at annual business meeting
The West Michigan Lakeshore Association of REALTORS® (WMLAR) is proud to mark a major milestone in 2025—our 25th anniversary. This year’s Annual Business Meeting and Elections will not only be a time to conduct important association business but also an opportunity to celebrate the history, growth, and impact of WMLAR over the past quarter-century.
The celebration will take place on Wednesday, Sept. 17, 2025, at Trillium Events in Spring Lake. Doors open at 10:30 a.m. Members are encouraged to arrive early to network, connect with colleagues, and enjoy lunch before the program begins at 11:30 a.m.
From 12:45 to 2:45 p.m., Michigan REALTORS® will present two hours of legal continued education presented by Becky Berke, Esq., Director of Legal Education from Michigan REALTORS. This session will help members stay current on important legal topics affecting our industry and ensure they remain compliant with state requirements.
This year’s meeting is more than just a gathering—it’s a celebration of the people, partnerships, and progress that have shaped WMLAR since its founding in 2000 through the merger of three local REALTOR® associations. We invite all members to join us for this special occasion, participate in the elections, and take advantage of the professional development opportunity.
This is a FREE event for WMLAR REALTORS and Affiliates that register by the deadline of Sept.11, 2025. $20 per person will be assessed for late registrants and no-shows.
