WMLAR now accepting applications for the 2026 WMLAR Leadership Academy
Based on the overwhelmingly positive feedback from last year’s inaugural Leadership Academy, WMLAR is excited to launch the 2026 Leadership Academy—a structured, immersive program designed to develop confident, capable leaders within our membership.
The Leadership Academy is an exclusive, application-based program running from March through September 2026, combining personal leadership development, business strategy, communication skills, civic engagement, and association leadership. Participants commit to full attendance and active participation in all sessions.

This year’s Academy is intentionally designed to take participants on a leadership journey—from self-awareness, to business leadership, to community and industry influence, and ultimately to association leadership and legacy.

- Current headshot for promotional use
