A HEADQUARTERS FACILITY TO BE PROUD OF
Started from scratch and built in 2002, your Association is headquartered virtually in the center of WMLAR’s territorial jurisdiction, in Grand Haven. The 6,000 square foot building is convenient to reach, comfortable, and a pleasure to look at. Sound financial management has resulted in the building being debt-free. That’s right, there is no mortgage being paid on this beautiful facility that includes a 48-person classroom, a professional conference room, and office space for the WMLAR staff. How many businesses or Associations can you name that are in a debt free situation after such a short period of years? This is one of the reasons WMLAR has been able to hold the line on fees charged to members. It’s quite an achievement!
On the west side of the facility, WMLAR has its one-of-a-kind REALTOR® Memorial that made the ‘national news’ a number of years ago. In a park-like setting is a bench, lovely landscaping and two granite marker that includes the names of all former members that passed away since the year 2000 who were active members at the time of their death. A lasting remembrance for sure and frequently visited by family members and friends.

Patriotism is also on display at WMLAR with the three flag cluster on the east side of the building visible from Highway 31.
