Join WMLAR’s Adopt-A-Highway Clean Up Days

Giving back to the communities we serve is an important part of being a REALTOR®. One simple but meaningful way members can make an impact is by volunteering for our Adopt-A-Highway clean up days.

WMLAR’s Community Outreach Committee (formerly known as the Community Advocacy and Impact Committee) is organizing three volunteer opportunities this year to help keep our local roadsides clean and welcoming.

Our Adopt-A-Highway stretch is located along **M‑89 near Fennville.

2026 Clean Up Dates

  • April 16 | 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
  • July 16 | 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
  • September 24 | 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Volunteers will spend about two hours collecting roadside litter and helping maintain the area our association has committed to caring for. Safety vests and supplies will be provided. Wearing long pants and closed toed shoes is encouraged.

This is a great opportunity to give back to the community, connect with fellow members, and enjoy some fresh air while making a visible difference!
