FlexMLS Update: Buyer’s agents now optional in pending listings

FlexMLS now allows listing agents to decide whether to include the buyer’s agent(s) when marking a listing as pending. This change provides more flexibility, but listing agents should consult their Broker for office protocols before making a decision.
