New Flexmls Listing Maintenance Module Launches July 8

Entering and updating listings is about to get easier.

Beginning Wednesday, July 8, MichRIC® will launch the new Listing Maintenance Module in Flexmls. While you’ll still enter the same listing information and required fields, the updated interface is cleaner, simpler, and more intuitive – making it faster to create, edit, and manage your listings.

What’s New?

The redesigned Listing Maintenance Module includes several enhancements designed to streamline your workflow:

AI-powered Auto Assistant+ helps generate listing remarks and automatically detects property features from your listing photos to populate applicable fields.
A consistent experience across desktop and mobile, allowing you to start a listing on one device and finish it on another without missing a beat.
Upload photos and media anytime during the listing process—no more saving an incomplete listing before adding photos or videos.

Recommended Workflow

To take full advantage of the new AI features, Flexmls recommends the following workflow:

Step 1: Begin your listing by entering the property address and agent information. You can still copy existing listings and populate available tax data during this step.

Step 2: Upload at least five listing photos. This allows Auto Assistant+ to analyze your photos and automatically populate applicable listing fields.

Step 3: Complete any remaining listing fields manually, review the AI-generated content, and finalize your listing.
