FlexMLS Update: Manufactured home now a property sub-type
A new update in FlexMLS introduces Manufactured Home as a designated property sub-type under the Main Fields tab when entering a listing. While the Design field still includes “Mobile,” selecting Manufactured Home will now open a Manufactured Details section under the Details tab, offering options such as HUD, Multi-Section, Pre-June 1976, With Land, and more.
It will take time for users to adjust, and current listings will not automatically update. If you spot a manufactured home incorrectly listed as a Single Family Residence, please use the Report Error function to notify the MLS staff. These notifications never go directly to the listing agent/broker.
In the meantime, please update your manufactured home listings to the new ‘Manufactured Home’ property sub-type to ensure accuracy and compliance. Thank you in advance.
