Pending Sales Increase Across West Michigan
WEST MICHIGAN, Mich. — Pending homes sales across Allegan, Muskegon and Ottawa counties rose in May, signaling continued buyer activity, according to data compiled by the West Michigan Lakeshore Association of REALTORS®.
The three-county region recorded 647 pending sales, up 13% from the previous year.
