What is it: CE Marketplace is your one-stop destination for locating certified continuing education to meet the Michigan real estate license renewal requirements and enhance your professional development. CE Marketplace allows licensees to find in-person or on-demand certified classes to satisfy the license renewal requirements set forth by the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs. CE Marketplace also provides the ability to view your certified course completions all in one spot. Simply register to create a profile and login to view your CE history.

What is it: Safer Showings. Smarter Engagements. Using the Forewarn app, agents can properly and safely plan for showings with a higher level of confidence. It is not meant to say, ‘don’t do business with these people’, but rather to raise red flags and cause the REALTOR® to exercise caution.

What is it: The WMLAR MLS is one of 12 Member Association owned/operated MLS’s that make up MichRIC (Michigan Regional Information Center), each with its own rules, policies and fee structure. This regional initiative provides members and the public with greater exposure to listed properties while keeping the overall cost of MLS participation at a minimum. The orderly distribution of listings, via the MLS vendor tool, FlexMLS, includes offers of cooperation and compensation among all MichRIC Member Associations.
