Join us on July 8 from 2:00–3:00 p.m. for an informative Next Level Success webinar focused on helping REALTORS® better understand the powerful homeownership tools available through the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA). Participants will receive 1 hour of CE Marketplace elective credit.

MSHDA’s Homeownership Programs – Delivering the Dream to Michigan Families will provide an overview of the agency’s mortgage products, down payment assistance options, federal tax credit opportunities, and required homebuyer education programs designed to make homeownership more attainable for Michigan buyers.
