NEXT LEVEL SUCCESS WEBINAR: Is your business built to grow with you?
This fall has been a season of growth and opportunity for WMLAR members. In September, we launched our new Next Level Success Webinar Series, designed to support every stage of a REALTOR®’s career—from brand-new licensees to seasoned professionals looking to sharpen their edge. We also celebrated the graduation of our inaugural Leadership Academy class and welcomed Michigan REALTORS®’ Brian Westrin and Becky Burke for two hours of legal credit at our annual business meeting.
October continued the momentum with two hours of NAR-compliant Fair Housing, the three-hour Code of Ethics course, and our third Broker Town Hall in Muskegon featuring NAR Vice President for Broker Relations, Nykea Pippion McGriff. In addition, members were invited to earn up to nine hours of continuing education through the offering of our New Member Orientation program to existing members which continues to receive excellent feedback on its relevance, quality, and clarity.
Registration is now open for our November session in the Next Level Success Webinar Series: “Is Your Business Built to Grow with You?” with Attorney Rose Coonen, taking place Nov. 19 at 1:00 p.m. on Zoom. This webinar does not include CE credit, but is designed to help REALTORS® strengthen the legal and structural foundation of their businesses as they plan for the year ahead.

“Is Your Business Built to Grow with You?” with Attorney Rose Coonen, Coonen Law, PLLC
As your business grows, your legal and structural documents need to grow with it. Attorney Rose Coonen will walk through common gaps business owners face—outdated operating agreements, unclear ownership interests, and missing succession plans—and explain how updating them now can prevent tax, liability, and operational issues later. This session will help you ensure your business is set up to support your long-term goals.
WMLAR remains committed to offering free mandatory continuing education to its members while also expanding access to meaningful, skill-building professional development opportunities.
