RWC is the charitable (501(c)(3) arm of the West Michigan Lakeshore Association of REALTORS®. The committee works to raise funds to financially help our REALTOR® and Affiliate Members (and oftentimes, their immediate family members) in need (illnesses, accidents, etc.). They also donate funds to various causes and organizations throughout Allegan, Muskegon and Ottawa Counties.
It’s been said, and we agree, that “Nobody does it like WMLAR”.

OCTOBERFEST IS BACK!!
That’s right, you read that correctly! After a hiatus in 2022 out of respect for our taxed out Affiliate Members, OctoberFest took a break and now we’re back and so excited to see everyone again at this great fundraising event.
This year’s event will be at the Central Park Place (formerly Grand Haven Community Center) on Thursday, October 12th, from 4PM – 7PM. Doors will open at 4PM.
Pre-register yourself for $15 ($20 at the door) or your team of four for $60 via EventBrite- https://tinyurl.com/3sfmxejy (shortened link for your convenience) and don’t forget to be ready to purchase your $10 and $20 tickets for the amazing silent auction items!
Deadline to register is October 5th.
We’ll have appetizers, desserts, and a cash bar available as well.
