On Oct. 1, WMLAR will host an insightful “Myths & Misconceptions of Loans” education program, followed by a lively cookout. This event is a must for newer members and those in the WMLAR Young Professionals Network, offering a deep dive into VA home loans and the opportunity to network in a relaxed setting.
The education program, led by Tom Stearns of Benchmark Mortgage, will clarify common misconceptions about VA loans and cover essential topics such as eligibility, the appraisal process, and more. This course is approved for 2 hours of elective credit from CE Marketplace.
