WMLAR Announces the 2026 Leadership Academy Cohort
The West Michigan Lakeshore Association of REALTORS® is proud to announce the selected participants for the 2026 Leadership Academy.
Following a competitive application process, this year’s cohort represents a strong group of REALTORS® from across the Lakeshore who are committed to growing as leaders within their businesses, their brokerages, and their communities.
The Leadership Academy is a multi-month, immersive program designed to develop confident, capable leaders through a combination of professional development, business strategy, communication training, and industry engagement. From April through September, participants will engage in sessions focused on topics such as strategic thinking, negotiation, advocacy, and leading with intention.

This year’s class will have the opportunity to learn from expert presenters and industry leaders, gaining practical skills they can immediately apply in their business while also preparing for future leadership roles within the association and the broader real estate community.
Participants who successfully complete the program will be recognized at the WMLAR Annual Business Meeting in September 2026.
