WMLAR Celebrates CEO Jon Broadbooks Work Anniversary

The West Michigan Lakeshore Association of REALTORS® (WMLAR) is proud to recognize CEO Jon Broadbooks for his leadership and accomplishments over the past year. Since joining WMLAR, Jon has driven major initiatives that have strengthened the association’s foundation and positioned it for long-term success.

Under his leadership, WMLAR has brought all governing documents into compliance, developed a strategic plan that not only meets NAR’s Core Standards but also ensures future stability and growth, and restructured staff roles to improve efficiency and service. Additionally, Jon spearheaded the launch of WMLAR’s inaugural Leadership Academy, hosted a Leadership Reception, and will soon welcome past presidents for a special recognition event—just a few of the many milestones achieved.

Beyond these operational advancements, Jon has made it a priority to connect with as many WMLAR members as possible, listening and learning to better serve the needs of our REALTOR® community. He looks forward to engaging with even more members in the year ahead.
